Step one
Start with a trial class.
Our coaches assess your child and recommend the right class. After signing up, WhatsApp us to confirm the date, time and venue of your trial.
How enrolment works
Five quick steps.
Choose a class
Find your day, venue and age group in the timetable below and tap Register.
New member sign-up
Select "New Member" and add your child's name, date of birth, gender and a profile photo.
Accept & sign
Read and accept the terms and conditions, then sign in the box provided.
Pay securely
Proceed to payment. A registration fee applies, followed by a monthly direct debit.
Show & play
Keep your confirmation message and show it at the field or pool counter.
Already a member? Choose a class, select "Current or Past Member" and log in with your email and password.

All football classes run at Desa Park City. One parent or guardian of 3–4 year olds is welcome to stay; older players are dropped off and collected straight after their session, as per club rules.

Membership & payments
Simple, flexible, transparent.
Once registered, download the GymMaster Member Portal app (App Store / Play Store) and sign in with the same email and password to manage everything.
Cancel or freeze
- 30 days' notice by email to cancel
- Freeze for up to 30 days (30 days' notice)
- Up to two freezes per 12 months; a fee applies per request

Is this an automatic direct debit?
Yes. Fees are debited automatically from your credit card every month, and the direct debit is set up for 12 months.
Is there an app?
Yes. After registering, search "GymMaster Member Portal" in the App Store or Play Store and sign in with the same email and password you used to register.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Email us to request a cancellation. The system requires 30 days' notice to stop memberships and payments.
Can I put payments on hold?
Yes, with at least 30 days' notice by email. A hold/freeze can last up to 30 days (no monthly charge during that time), can be requested twice in 12 months, and carries a fee per request.
Can I register on any date?
Yes — just register before your first class. Charges for the rest of that month are pro-rated automatically.
Can I attend more than one class a week?
Yes, as long as you've registered and paid for the additional class. In the app, open Menu → Memberships → "+" to add another programme.
Can missed classes be replaced?
Not usually, but in exceptional circumstances we may approve a replacement on another day within the same month. If a class falls on a public holiday, we'll provide a replacement within the same month.
Can I stay and watch?
One parent or guardian of our youngest groups (3–4 years) is welcome to stay. Parents of older children are asked to drop off at the start and collect promptly at the end, in line with club rules.
